A group, over text
aware runs in a private SMS group: you and 2 to 8 people who actually want to know how you are. No app to install. The thread is the product.

Everyone connects a ring
Each member connects their own Oura account. You own the connection. aware never sees your password, and you can revoke it at Oura any time.

aware notices
When a ring says something worth saying, slept badly, pushed too hard, turned a corner, aware writes it to the thread in simple language. Reply and the whole group sees it. Ask aware something and it answers.

The week, every Monday
Each Monday the group gets the week: everyone's seven days told side by side as a short story, on a page that belongs to your group alone.
